These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of leadrooster.com and the Lead Rooster service (the "Service"), operated by Redrunner Ventures LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By connecting your Google account, providing your phone number, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Lead Rooster connects, read-only, to a user's Gmail inbox to identify inbound leads and bids, tracks how long it has been since a customer last replied, and sends a daily digest (by console log and/or SMS) naming leads that have gone cold. A magic-link action page lets users mark leads Won, Lost, Still talking, or Not a lead, and optionally view an AI-generated brief or request a suggested follow-up email draft. The Service never sends, deletes, or modifies anything in a connected Gmail account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You must be authorized to connect the Google account you use with the Service.
By connecting a Google account, you represent that you own it or are otherwise authorized to grant Lead Rooster read-only access to it. If you provide a phone number, you represent that it is yours and you consent to receive automated text messages from Lead Rooster as described in our Privacy Policy, including message frequency, applicable message and data rates, and how to opt out.
The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis, billed and processed through Stripe. New subscriptions may include a trial period; unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid, recurring plan and renews until canceled. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time through the billing portal linked from your account. Except where required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable.
You agree not to:
Lead classifications, digest briefs, suggested next steps, and suggested email drafts are generated using AI (Claude, by Anthropic) based on limited Gmail metadata. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any classification, brief, or draft before relying on it or sending any message — the Service never sends anything on your behalf.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Redrunner Ventures LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own data (such as your contacts and email content); we use it only as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may stop using the Service and revoke its access to your Google account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy of lead classification, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redrunner Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or missed leads, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold Redrunner Ventures LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
