Privacy Policy

Lead Rooster ("Lead Rooster," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Redrunner Ventures LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through leadrooster.com and the Lead Rooster service (the "Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By connecting your Google account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you give us directly

Your name, email address, and phone number (if you choose to receive text digests), and anything you send us when you contact us for support.

1.2 Information from your Google Account (Gmail data)

When you connect Gmail, we request only the gmail.readonly and userinfo.email OAuth scopes. That grants us read-only access — we cannot send, delete, or modify anything in your inbox, and there is no Gmail-send capability anywhere in Lead Rooster's code. Using that access, we read a limited set of metadata from messages sent or received in roughly the last 30 days:

• Sender name and email address
• Subject line
• A short message preview snippet (not the full message body)
• Message timestamp and internal thread ID
• Whether a message was sent by you or received, so we can tell inbound from outbound

We do not request or access full message bodies, attachments, contacts, calendar data, Drive files, or any other Google data beyond what is listed above.

1.3 Billing information

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — we retain only your Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, and subscription status.

1.4 Usage and analytics data

We use Google Analytics on our public website to understand aggregate usage (pages visited, browser and device type). This does not include any Gmail data.

2. How We Use Information

• Classify inbound Gmail threads as leads and/or bids.
• Track how long it's been since a lead last replied, so we can flag it in your daily digest.
• Generate a one-line summary and suggested next step for each lead on your action page, and — only when you tap to request one — a suggested follow-up email draft you can copy, edit, and send yourself. Lead Rooster never sends anything on your behalf.
• Send your daily digest, by console log and/or text message if you've provided a phone number.
• Operate account, billing, and subscription functions.
• Maintain and secure the Service.

3. AI Processing of Your Data

To classify threads and generate briefs/drafts, we send the subject line, message snippet, contact name, and any detected bid amount for a thread to Anthropic's Claude API. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, data submitted through the API is not used to train or improve Anthropic's models. We do not use any Gmail data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models — this data is used solely to generate output shown back to you inside the Service, consistent with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide a phone number, you consent to receive automated text messages from Lead Rooster related to your account — specifically, the daily lead follow-up digest and related service notifications.

• Message frequency: up to one message per day.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, except where necessary to operate the SMS digest feature itself.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers below, to the extent needed to operate the Service, or when required by law or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), with notice to you.

6. Data Retention and Your Choices

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. Revoking Lead Rooster's access to your Google account (from your Google Account permissions page, or by emailing us) stops all future syncing and results in deletion of your stored lead data. To request full deletion of your account and associated data, email redrunnerventures@gmail.com — we'll complete deletion within 30 days, except where we're required to retain billing records by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at redrunnerventures@gmail.com.

8. Data Security

We encrypt data in transit (TLS), restrict access to production systems, and store OAuth tokens server-side only — they are never exposed to your browser or to any client-side code.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. International Users

Lead Rooster is operated from, and your information is processed and stored in, the United States.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and if a change is material we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email).
